Red Wine Jus iand Veal Jus are a perfect accessory to your meat that easily takes it from great to amazing. Here a a few easy ways to use Red Wine Jus and Veal Jus

  1. Use straight from the pouch.

  2. Butter.
Chefs worldwide use butter in sauces for a velvety finish. It's as simple as placing a nob of good quality butter on top of your meat as you plate it and then drizzle with Red Wine Just or Veal Jus. If you prefer you ca dissolve the butter in the pot with the warming sauce. There are variations of butter with herbs that can be made and stored in the freezer rolled into a sausage with film wrap and sliced into 1cm slices when needed.

  3. Horseradish.
Add freshly grated Horseradish or even Horseradish Cream from the jar to your sause as it warms for simple but very delicious sauce.

  4. Seeded Mustard
Adding some good quality seeded mustard to Red Wine Jus and Veal Jus will give you a delicious velvety flavour packed sauce.

Perfect for Turkey or Chicken, Red Wine Jus and Veal Jus flavoured with some red current or cranberry will make a delicious sauce for Xmas turkey or a summer BBQ chicken dish.
